Clean room. Staff assistance excellent. After a late arrival on Friday night I was hoping for a relaxing Saturday morning in bed. However, building work (which I had not been made aware) on 2nd and 3rd floor started just before 8am and could be heard on the 5th floor! The hammer I tried to ignore but the drilling was terrible. It sounded like it was in the next room it was so loud. Significant, but only criticism of the hotel. |

The rooms were nice and clean. The kids loved the fact that candy was in the room.I´m from the U.S., not Amsterdam. The location in regards to proximity of historical district. The woman at the front desk was unfriendly but the man was friendly and professional. The woman was very vague about the location of the parking garage and I drove around for at least 10 minutes before realizing it was across the street from the hotel. It would have been nice to have breakfast included in the price of the room. |
