The rooms were fantastic, particularly the bathroom. We liked the opportunity to be able to choose the rooms on arrival. The staff were very friendly on the whole. |

It is a nice looking hotel, though not as nice as the website portrays, attention to detail not great. Don't go to this hotel unless you speak fluent spanish, it was my wife's birthday and they completely messed up on arranging breakfast in bed, what made me even more furious is the fact that they didn't even attempt to make amends for their incompetence. In addition the maid service barging into your room at 8.30am each morning, one knock and in they come....Nice hotel, poorly trained staff. |
